Yeah! I love taking advantage of these HTML widgets. I once hand-rolled a color picker, which was cool. But I’d much prefer to use <input type”color”> 🥰 for my own projects.

Recently I used <details> and <summary> instead of reaching for a composite Accordion component.

It’s cool that HTML is getting more sophisticated stateful UI features that don’t require JavaScript.
