Das heißt, Staatsanwälte dürfen vorsätzlich bestrafen? Und öffentlich über den Schaden, den sie Bürgern zufügen, lachen, obwohl juristisch noch keine Schuld durch einen Richter festgestellt wurde?

Sie haben recht. Das GG hat die Formulierung der Gesetze, die die Meinungsfreiheit einschränken (Art. 5 Abs. 2 GG), abgegeben. De Facto entscheiden also Staatsanwälte, ab wann eine Meinung angeklagt wird. Und genau da liegt das Problem.

Actually, defending democracies and freedom is the job of US Senators. Very sad the isolationist segment of the new weak GOP sucks up to Putin. Appeasing Putin instead of keeping him isolated until he withdraws completely from Ukraine is so weak. New GOP unrecognizable.
