Pryzm can be claimed. The drop was apparently given out for the testnet and staking to the PRYZM validator. To claim, go to the Pryzm website (https://app.pryzm.zone/) - Portfolio - Claim. The token is not traded. You can exchange it for liquid pPryzm, yPryzm and send it to pools. I just claimed it and forgot about it.
