Here's the plan for PUBLIUS Proof of work off chain — how do you prove things that aren't encoded in bits? The authors of the Federalist Papers needed to post anonymously while *proving* their bonafides. That's what Publius solves The utility of the token is to enable this

Our secret about the world is that in order to prove work off chain you really only need two cases: truthy and falsy This is why books are a great initial use case — you don't read a book and have a true understanding, you have a truthy one We will leverage $PUBLIUS to promulgate this throughout the world
