Before, I always focus on the end goal, not realizing that it's always the journey that gives the unexpected memories and experiences. 

One relevant milestone I achieved recently is being able to stay calm despite the storm (of problems) around me. I would usually just add fuel to the fire and make things worse. It's an ongoing journey as I need to develop and master it more. I would need different factors including music and cold water to help me overcome it.
