Welcome to the fourth installation of Hydrogen Strategy Guides. $ETH and the crypto market have seen a runup in the last 14 days. Even a simple hodl strategy would be up 10%. If you've been stacking wei, you're probably having a good time right now.

Enter Hydrogen grid orders.

Grid orders are a set of limit orders that may optionally be connected to create automated trading strategies. Bill defines his strategy to make a one time flip on this sawtooth then maintain his exposure to ETH for the ensuing bull run.

Bill's strategy contains two limit orders. The first is to sell high ETH for USDC. The USDC is kept in the grid order to be used by the second order,  buy low USDC for ETH. This time, he tells the strategy to return the ETH to his wallet. This way it won't be sold and he can continue hodling into the bull run.

Bill starts with 1 ETH. He sets his limit order sell at $2360 and his limit order buy at $2220. After this flip, he expects to have 1 * 2360 / 2220 = 1.063 ETH, or a 6% profit (measured in ETH) in only 14 days and two trades.

If we measure Bill's profit in USDC, he has now earned 17% with an automated trading strategy compared to the 10% he would have earned from just hodling.

Bill's strategy can be safely executed onchain - no need for a centralized intermediary.

There's no better way to stack wei than Hydrogen.

Bill expects the price to bounce off of this low and continue the run up. Bill wants to maintain his ETH exposure while using this dip to boost his bags.
