For oysters, maison premiere (WB) has over 20 types from East coast/ west coast and a killer cocktail program. Other recs Ive heard are el penguino (greenpoint), cull & pistol (chelsea market), mermaid inn (wv), ten bells (LES, esp if you like natural wine).
