The founder of Samsung was Lee Byung-chul (์ด๋ณ์ฒ ). He established the company in 1938 in Daegu, Korea as a small trading business focused on exporting dried fish, noodles, and other goods. Over time, he expanded Samsung into various industries, including textiles, insurance, and retail.
