Issues with claims have now finally been solved and everyone should be able to claim, we are beyond sorry for how badly this part went, there is simply no way to test a claiming portal with real amount of traffic beforehand. I followed the instructions that phaver gave us, at the claim page I went ahead and signed the transactions, as said even if you see that you have 0 continue and at the end there will be your tokens. Make sure you have the funds to pay the fees
