According to CoinPost, the Japanese Financial Services Agency issued warnings to five unregistered overseas cryptocurrency exchanges, including KuCoin, bitcastle LLC, Bybit Fintech Limited, MEXC Global and Bitget Limited. The FSA pointed out that these exchanges provided cryptocurrency trading services to Japanese users without permission, violating Japanese regulations on crypto asset trading.

Nga vừa thông qua dự luật mới về thuế crypto, Crypto được xem là tài sản, áp dụng mức thuế thu nhập cá nhân từ 13% đến 15% đối với các giao dịch mua bán. Hiện chỉ còn chờ chữ ký của Tổng thống Vladimir Putin để chính thức trở thành luật. Các thợ đào sẽ được miễn thuế VAT nhưng phải báo cáo hoạt động với chính quyền, nếu không sẽ bị phạt 40.000 ruble.

Tether announced that it will stop supporting its own euro stablecoin EUR₮, and holders must complete redemption before November 27, 2025. The company will turn to support Quantoz Payments to issue EURQ and USDQ stablecoins that comply with MiCAR specifications.

Bitwise has announced the launch of a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, planned for listing on NYSE. The company has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. SEC. This ETF offers passive exposure based on the relative market cap of BTC and ETH, with assets custodied by Coinbase Custody, providing investors a way to gain exposure to crypto without directly holding it.

According to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart, the final tally of IBIT's first day of options trading recorded a total notional volume of nearly $1.9 billion, with 354k contracts traded. This included 289k Call options and 65k Put options, resulting in a Call-to-Put ratio of 4.4:1.
