that’s a great tip 🤝✌️ i am looking more for land to steward and preserve but use portions for small beds/greenhouses to supply farmers markets and local restaurants in the surrounding cities with microgreens, etc. 250 $degen

That sounds amazing!! I wish you all the luck possible! Once you get land, there are USDA grants for growers that will pay for your high tunnels( if you were not already aware) up to 25k$. We have a self sustainable, growing homestead now. Hopefully, in the future, it will be my retirement. We are doing the same, local markets, chefs, word of mouth thing ect Nice to meet you new friend, I look forward to your adventure updates!
