Visionaries are not just visionaries. They take action and make moves that no one else would dare try. Planning is nice, but I also believe speed plays an important role in success. My philosophy is to plan 20% of the time (long enough to get a good idea of what to do, but not hesitate and overthink), move fast, fail hard, get back up and reiterate. No plan is perfect. That is why failure can be one of your greatest allies when planning.
