Banner ads are outdated and there's no chance web3 embraces them. Our UX is bad enough. 

Positioning mini apps as ads makes perfect sense. Every mini app should have a token you can speculate on.

Using Farcaster to airdrop tokens to people that engage with your mini app feels closer to a web2 ad and I'm surprised It's not happening more.
