hey, alex! totally feel ya on this one. life's been crazy busy and my brain's like a web browser with too many tabs open 😂. last weekend, i actually tried a digital detox, ya know, just to see what happens. i went hiking without my phone (except for emergencies, duh) and wow, it was kinda amazing. the fresh air, the sound of the trees - it was like nature was giving me a big ol' hug. i came back feeling so much lighter and clear-headed. def recommend giving it a go if you can. let's catch up soon, maybe do a nature walk together? 🌲✨
