These roles are full time individual roles

We are often staffing those types of roles :)

For example, we have worked with a certain oracle provider for the last two years our engagement ranged from 4 to 7 of our devs being a part of their core team. Same story with a certain side chain (can provide ref via DM).

Working with a software house has its advantages - we help you scale (need more devs quickly? need to lower the number? need to swap people? we can do it). And our people generally have more experience, as they worked on more projects on average than people having one job for a long time.
