In a tokenized political economy (a la DAOs) when — if ever — is paying voters to vote your way a net positive for the community? Most people, me incl., call this "bribery" and therefore not a net positive, but as I see more DAOs discover (fake horror face) that bribery happens, I'm wondering about the other POV.
