Fixed eUSD yields at ~75% on Pendle right now. I'm risk averse, but that does seem pretty good.

Do your own research on eUSD though. Biggest risk after Smart Contract failure is likely eUSD depeg.

Those don’t seem that risky compared to other venues promising similarly high returns. What about counterparty or funding rate risk? It seems strange that you can get something with that high yield with such seemingly low risk.

The yield is locked as per Pendle fixed yield, so you have to worry about the potential depeg on eUSD, which could happen due to counterparty risk (eg custody hack) or funding rate. Funding rate is only really an issue if it drops a lot and is consistently low.
