Both great points! And the palette will continue to expand with ai. You must have noticed the vibe shift since the days of skrillex though? All genres sound more acoustic compared to then (see: chappel roan and Sabrina carpenter and everyone else in the charts)

Yeah that’s a good point. Rap beats also more raw & less synthetic.
