You think sbf deserves less than 3 years?

Yea. It’s not like he gets to keep the money he stole. The money saved from housing prisoners could be reinvested into post-prison programs to prevent repeat offenses. Long probation would be ok.

I mean I see where you’re coming from but you are describing a utopia for white collar criminals where they have basically nothing to lose
