Another day, another blocker bug. On the latest Rabby (0.92.89), sending ETH to any contract wallet fails (reverts). It sets the gas limit at exactly 21000 = just enough to send to an EOA, not enough to execute fallback().

When was this encountered? Would seining the gas limit higher manually work?
