Ethereum Beacon Chain Blackjack 🃏

For funsies could someone create a program that reads the Ethereum consensus layer, sees the validators selected from the selected committee, and simulate a blackjack game where the block proposer is the dealer and the attesters are blackjack players?

The winners and dealer can get an ERC-20 token that is sent to their validator withdrawal address or signal intent to play in the graffiti parameter when they attest (I'm not sure if you can see validator graffiti unless you propose a block 🤔).

This is a random idea that popped in my head. If someone wants a neat weekend project feel free to steal this!

For those less familiar with Ethereum's Beacon Chain, here are some explanations and resources:

The Beacon Chain handles block logic and consensus logic in Ethereum as part of Ethereum's proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. At the beginning of each epoch on the beacon chain, the entire validator set is shuffled into 32 committees (one for each slot). One validator is randomly selected to be a block proposer in every slot.

This validator is responsible for creating a new block and sending it out to other nodes on the network. Also, in every slot a committee of validators is randomly chosen, whose votes are used to determine the validity of the block being proposed. The first member of the committee is the block proposer; the rest are attesters.
