I recommend flutter Dev community for beginners is very strong!

If they are set on learning React Native, Flutter is based on Dart and if they are already using React, this could be a huge departure for them. Also, I'm in the Web3 space and every Flutter dev that I run into has a very hard time finding tooling, libraries etc. to support web3 wallets etc.. Just some observations.

Oh yeah flutter web3 support is sparse, no doubt! Still had to put it on her radar! I think its the superior cross platform mobile app framework
