Yes. I’m relatively new to baking and the first time round their was a problem with the dough not rising. I purchased the author of this recipe’s book, which explains baking from first principles / design patterns. The problem was with the yeast I had been using going bad. So spicy was much better this time.

Yep, here you go. Really handy for learning techniques that apply to any type of baking recipe. Also gives master recipes and trouble shooting advise. This + ChatGPT and TikTok were invaluable.
