Do you guys think the bitcoin community will migrate to FC or will they refrain because the maxis would essentially be signaling approval of Ethereum by coming? 

Or will the maxis come kicking and screaming after all the talent has left?

It's not a homogeneous group.

I think the main two (minority!) sects that would not join FC are the fundamentalists ("blockchain based social is immoral") and the network maximalists ("let's compete and build btc rollups for social").

All other sects will just use whatever is the best product, including FC
