Today, it’s almost 4 a.m. as I sit here working. I started this journey to get in shape, but tonight felt different. I wasn’t working out for fitness—I was doing it because I felt lonely. I thought I could escape that feeling by activating my testosterone, but it didn’t help.
Then, I noticed a shadow in my room, coming from behind. The room was dim, not completely dark, but dark enough. For a moment, I thought, Okay, I’m not alone anymore. Haha, maybe it’s a ghost. But then I realized it was just my own shadow. I laughed to myself quietly because I didn’t want to disturb anyone’s sleep.
That’s when it hit me—a quote: You’re not alone. You always have yourself, every time, in every moment. It struck a chord with me. So, today’s lesson: you can’t truly be alone—not mentally, and that’s what matters most during tough times.
