Don't inventivize proof of meaningless work. Make everyone contribute real value and your startup & economy has a fighting chance to grow & win.

That aside, why are you against airdrops?

Not only money, aside of investment, providing liquidity, speculating on an app, there can be many other value-add stakeholders doing work such as moderating a channel, referring a valuable user, doing marketing, building a dashboard, etc.

some things are more native onchain and can lead to programmatic, automatic payouts, others must be assessed 1 by 1 or via some other mechanisms such as voting, likes analyses (incl fraud prevention from gaming kpis)
