The new https://alpha.ens.domains/ upgrade process doesn't work/has a bug with a gnosis safe. The "Approve NameWrapper" transaction was executed, but the ENS app is waiting for a different (non-existent) tx hash, causing the upgrade process to wait indefinitely with a "Taking longer than expected" message.
