yeah, I think the difference here is that there is a meaningful connection to the user being tagged. "hey, listen!" or "I'm challenging you to this thing" are not the same.

the exception to this is @rodeodotclub, i think artists love seeing their art get shared in rodeo top 9 casts that tag everyone they collected from
