decentralized moderation....curation...discovery...or are we just hall monitors?

I think vanishingly few users understand what's possible with programmable moderation or how to configure it. We need to figure out how to do better here.

I strongly believe in decentralization and im sure the big brains can make decentralized moderation happen

i'm not gonna lie i don't even know what programmable moderation means but whatever this is doesn't look like programmable moderation
