What am I not getting the address value from FrameData (I'm using the regular Button)

This is only present for Transaction buttons.

I would use a transaction button that checks the allowance before returning calldata. If the existing allowance is sufficient, return a transfer. If not, return an approval.

What if I don't want to execute a transaction?

Use-case: want to fetch allowance for an ERC20 for a specific address before executing the transaction. If not enough allowance, approve the token. Otherwise, just transfer.
