Bikes 🚲

I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything.

What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

Have to say I'm a steerer skeptic, what do you like about it?

It's not the in-game steerer thing, just a pivot joint to keep things feeling a hair more natural. You can get close to the same effect by just not having your front wheel in a block
