This + I don’t really think “dot” gives off eth vibes tbh, although that’s more of a personal opinion

A natural thing to name 0.0001 ETH is a "bip".

In finance, a "basis point", a.k.a. "bip" is 1% of 1% or .0001.

I would suggest "the fee is 7.77 bips ETH" or "7.77 bps ETH"
