How come some channels dont have a "recent" tab?

I post but cant seem to ever see my posts on the channel, like im shaddow banned or something

How do channel feeds Main and Recent work?

It depends—whether moderation is on or off determines this.

Those channels have turned on their own programmatic moderation rules. Channel owners now also have the option to hide the "recent" feed for their channel.
