random tidbit: Special and Sensitive are two words used often and have nuances. special ~ used for intel-led (eg covert, and can’t tell who is involved) and that group is cia https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_Activities_Center sensitive is used defense-led (eg clandestine activities, and if caught have to own who they are — defense / us govt. )
