hey! looks like this is because your embed URLs are really long: embeds are limited to a max of 256 bytes at the protocol level.

Is there a reason for the 256 bytes limit, or is it arbitrary, like the windows 256 "character limit" for file structures?

yeah, basically everything on the protocol has to have *some* limit to prevent abuse. otherwise you could DoS by making all the hubs/snapchain nodes store a bunch of garbage data.
