Today I am starting a whole bird curry and I go nose to tail to respect the ingredients. Plus you can get a whole bird for the price of prepped breasts so learning to cut up a bird is a great family budget tool. The skin and bones make about 1-2 cups of prefect stock too. Dad hint - freeze and use as gravy on kids veg.
