What was your first job? What technical advancements in tradfi did you witness first hand? How did you see the people around you adjust? I’m just spitballin here.

No joke. My first job was a research assistant building and running lab equipment measuring the classical conditioning of the rabbit eyeblink and modeling the brain pathways in simulation. My second job was getting recruited to work on a complex financial services application.
