It's my 6 month anniversary of NO XANAX 🔥 After over a decade-long habit, I took a full year to taper off of 2mg per night. The most common question I'm asked is, "How did you do it?" I wrote this when I was at the finish line in October of 2023. Every day won't always be easy, but it will be worth it.

This is huge. I've had (have) people close to me struggle with various addictions and have seen the struggle first hand. It's a tough road and a huge accomplishment to overcome. Congratulations! 5 $degen
