Optimism is a collective that is upgrading capitalism by building a superchain of many L2s. The collective then funnels the economic output of those L2s to power retrofunding for the economy of builders, evangelists and creators with a focus on the doctrines of impact = profit.

For me, the very idea of cryptocurrencies has changed the understanding of how people from different parts of the world can now interact with each other. And optimism is making all the boldest ideas come true and mashing it up. Real bitcoin on steroids lol
