sometimes i caught myself in an imaginary interview with someone asking me difficult questions testing my arguments, that way i can see the holes in my way of thinking, at some point i just drop the whole thing because some stuff cannot be understand just through dialectic and logic, then i observe my mind as something that is not me, every thought is passing by as clouds... im the sky, calm, always there, eternal.
