9:30pm and my yawning 5 year old just won’t let himself go to sleep. So I told him “I read today that the average person goes to sleep in 7 minutes, I bet you can’t do it in a shorter time”. His little eyes widen and he says “time me, I will beat that.” 

He won, in 4 minutes. And I think I kind of won too.
