Wine appetizer with pear and brie Ingredients: Pear - 1 pc. Brie cheese (or Camembert) - 125 g (1 pack) Puff pastry - 1 sheet Garlic - 2 cloves Rosemary - 1 sprig Walnuts - 50 g Honey - 50 g Preparation: 1. Cut the pear and cheese into thin long slices. 2. Roll out the dough a little with a rolling pin. And put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment or a silicone mat. 3. Alternately put the cheese and pear on the dough. 4. Cut the garlic into thin slices, put it on the filling. 5. Disassemble the rosemary into leaves, distribute it over the filling. 6. Sprinkle with broken nuts and drizzle with honey. 7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C until golden brown. Serve with wine.
