ZUCCHINI WAFFLES. 🧇 Be sure to save this recipe to try and make! Ingredients: Zucchini (small) - 1 pc. Salt - to taste Curd - 80 g Curd cheese - 20 g Semi-firm cheese - 50 g Flour - 80 g Egg C1 - 2 pcs. Garlic - 1 clove Dill - 2-3 sprigs Preparation: 1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 5 minutes in a deep bowl. 2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop garlic and herbs. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cottage cheese, flour and eggs. Add grated cheese, garlic and herbs. 4. Squeeze zucchini from moisture and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, salt if necessary. 5. Bake in a waffle iron or in a frying pan with oil until browned.
