About the NFT: One of our main goals was to make the NFT as web3-native as possible and put everything 100% onchain. Each RWO NFT is generated onchain as an SVG and is a unique variation of the original book cover, designed by Rodrigo Corral.

The art is dynamic and changes based on the wallet address that owns it. Specifically, converting your wallet address to a number determines the orange square coordinates in the sky, and the last 3 bytes of your wallet address determine the sky color gradient.

If you explore the contract code, we added some extra functionality that allows you to override these generation rules slightly and have more control over the sky color gradient. But we will leave that as a fun easter egg to find ;)

How do you get the bookmark and NFT? Order your copy of Read Write Own by @cdixon.eth from readwriteown.com/bookmark and get a complimentary bookmark while supplies last! This project was an incredible team effort and it was an honor to help lead it!

Ah! Now I get it. So the NFT-bookmark was not sold with books bought on Amazon?!
