What does “fostering a citizenship layer on base” actually mean? Maybe I’ve been steamed to long in my sauna delirium. Does it refer to the network state movement?

simplest way I could reduce it is: helping foster a ‘culture’ that is rich in activity and diverse focus on Base atm very local to our specific interests and ideas but long term the goal is permissionless with an ecosystem and name ppl can leverage as they adopt ‘onchain lifestyles’

imo we’re a ways off from high level technical discussions - atm we’re just trying to: - figure out more engaging things to do onchain - get more ppl onchain - help create a headless brand that allows those ppl onchain to accelerate their interests w less friction than those of us here for yrs had to deal w
