Biggest takeaway from the last year is that I simply did not try enough things. I usually put off any ideas I had because I felt pressured to focus on "current thing I'm working on".

@anoncast came from half a day of work on a Sunday and fully shifted my last two months. 

Going to try to spend more of my weekends experimenting outside of what I'm building day to day vs just continuing the grind. Who knows what might come out of it?

This really resonates - having dedicated time to experiment outside the main focus can lead to unexpected wins. We took a similar approach with Banyan, starting as a weekend project exploring social trading, and it's amazing how small experiments can evolve into meaningful projects.
