Cannolis are overrated. The proportion of cream to pastry is unbalanced. Chefs should fill it with mousse instead and gimme a spoon. On second thought, forget the pastry too. Just give me mousse

Why are there so few phone carriers that have proper sim swap protection? SMS 2FA is not enough. So many reviews focus on price and value but make no mention of how many data breaches they’ve had in the last few years. I just want some basic security and privacy

I didn’t know who this was but apparently I have one of his songs “rumble” saved. I like it in part because the musical ideas are concise and don’t overstay their welcome, making you want to listen again. Sorta like poetry. Plus the sound design is ear candy

Yep the discourse is better than others and I think that comes with having a smaller self-selected community. It will be v hard to retain that with massive growth, but right now it’s nice. One thing I like that mastodon lacks is wallet verification, and how easily I can find other owners of an nft collection

I’m impressed with farcaster’s app for being an invite-only service. It doesn’t feel like some low-effort web wrapper… it feels native. Definitely appreciating that part of my experience so far

I think “like timestamps” are a good idea but I would rethink the implicit liking based on replays. Some people like myself multitask while listening at 2x speed and we replay segments because we didn’t catch what was said, not necessarily because we liked that part more than another
