If you want to develop sth that will really make you money have a look at presail. They are charging 800 per month plus 2% of deal allocation. They are making a killing but in all fairness both frontend and backend are very clean. They don't seem to have much competition.

L1 and L2 space is on fire. Some see gaming as the biggie for this cycle. RWA tokenization will be even bigger. I do like Redbelly. Even made a move for a small cap like Soil. Surely no harm to keep an eye on Centrifuge, Maple, Goldfinch and the likes.

Big plus for Base is all the KYCed users coming via coinbase. Which is great for DEFI and RWA tokenization. Overall I am super bullish on the modular chains. Especially Celestia 😍

Evergrande officially in liquidation and Countrygarden in deep trouble. Real estate is a biggie in China. Stock market also dropping sharply. Not sure I would call it a slowdown at this stage. Also no real clue if this has implications for US and rest of the world.
