Apropos of...

In case your wondering; my day job is an expert system I’ve been working on for 15 years that provides high 90% probability of providing a quant risk model for any asset in the world, on any market, in any country, for any legitimate asset id. HUGE global asset owners use the models to hire/fire asset managers.

I call myself the plumber. I don’t do the models, but I make sure the data flows and fast, and (hopefully) never leaks.

Tradfi coder by day, hacker by night. Doesn’t know night from day. Freelance scribe. Dad cook. Dog butler.  Happy Grandpa. Draws badly.

Started on my own.  Ended up with a partner company. It’s let me split my various lives although now I’d like to build my own team again on a new venture.

Managing the system with such high accuracy for 15 years is truly impressive!
Ensuring the smooth flow of data is such an essential part of any system. 👍
