Sometimes, we are in control of our own happiness. Many of us prefer to keep ourselves in the dark, even if we don't have to. Others are reaching for that light but can't quite do what they need to turn it on. 

However, that light is within ourselves. Learning to turn the light on in the times that matter most can create life changing events. 

As a parent, there are times I am mad or upset at something that has nothing to do with my kids. It's important to turn on that light and not let my own emotions hinder my time with them.
